The Morgan State University Jazz Combo |
The MSU Jazz Combo is a student led group that is under the guidance of the Band Director. This ensemble consists of three to six students who are enthusiastic about performing jazz music. The membership is responsible for its own musical arrangements thereby serving as the perfect laboratory for the growing jazz musician. The Jazz Combo performs traditional and contemporary jazz styles. The combo is very active performance ensemble. Dignitaries and jazz enthusiasts hear the MSU Jazz Combo when it gives concerts; perform at banquets, receptions and other celebrations.
